At Leofoto, we stand behind the precision and durability of our photography gear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare Your Gear

  Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including all tripod legs, ball heads, accessories, and documentation to ensure full credit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label or use a trackable carrier to send the item back to our centralized inspection facility.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the equipment, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 to 7 business days.
